She earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in U.S. and Transactional Law from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as a Research Assistant in Legal Communication and Research. She also obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, earning a Dean\u2019s Certificate of Achievement Award and a Dean\u2019s List Certificate Award.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently, Ms. Marangoni graduated with a second Master\u2019s Degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. She was honored with the Director\u2019s Award in the Real Estate Transactions class, recognizing her as the top student in the course.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In her role, Ms. Marangoni advises both domestic and international clients on real estate and corporate matters. Her real estate expertise includes handling complex real estate investment, management, financing, and leasing across various industries. She has developed a specialization in hotel transactions and the negotiation of commercial leases and management agreements for properties located throughout the U.S. Her clients value her sharp insight and reliable execution. One recently remarked to <strong>Chambers and Partners USA 2025<\/strong>, <em data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"966\">\u201cWe received highly effective expert support from Mariana Marangoni.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Her corporate expertise includes advising clients on corporate reorganizations, dissolutions, corporate governance, and legal compliance.
